Hands on skill in developing, optimizing and validating various conventional and high complex dosage forms like oral conventional (tablet, capsule and powder) and modified release technology (extended / prolong release, osmotic, pulsatile, delayed (enteric) release, mouth dissolving, fast dissolving, powder for suspension, abuse deterrent, etc.), ophthalmic, suspension, liquid, parenteral and transdermal (topical) dosage form. Having skills in vitro and in vivo correlation establishment, clinical study, patent analysis, NDA applications and hunting potential products for 505(b) 2 applications. Rich experience & expertise in product and process development / Technology transfer from lab scale to commercial / Site transfer and dossier extension projects for various regulated markets. Having good project management skills and effectively carry out and well verse with CRO/CMO/CDMO business model as well as selection and negotiation with CRO/CMO/CDMO and external vendors for project and raw materials. Till date, more than 10 approved and pending patent applications and many research articles publication.
