Clinical trials and Medical Case reports is an open access peer reviewed journal. It publishes Clinical trials, Medical case reports and Medical images from all fields of medicine in all orders by which medicinal services experts, specialists and others can easily understand the disease conditions which help in early diagnosis and appropriate treatment to the patients.
Clinical trials are research studies performed in people that are aimed at evaluating a medical, surgical, or behavioural intervention. They are the primary way that researchers find out if a new treatment, like a new drug or diet or medical device (for example, a pacemaker) is safe and effective in people. Often a clinical trial is used to learn if a new treatment is more effective and/or has less harmful side effects than the standard treatment. It provides scientific analysis of the impact, risks and benefits of medicines or a medicinal product. The trials are done before initiating the products in the market. The tests are performed at different stages and after-launch supervision is maintained to scrutinize the safety and monitor the side effects if any. Other clinical trials test ways to find a disease early, sometimes before there are symptoms. Still others test ways to prevent a health problem. A clinical trial may also look at how to make life better for people living with a life-threatening disease or a chronic health problem.
A case report is a detailed report of the symptoms, signs, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of an individual patient. Case reports usually describe an unusual or novel occurrence and as such, remain one of the cornerstones of medical progress and provide many new ideas in medicine. Medical Case Reports provide details of the clinical presentation and examinations, including those from imaging and laboratory studies. Describe the treatments, follow-up, and final diagnosis adequately. Summarize the essential features and compare the case report with the literature. Explain the rationale for reporting the case.
Our main aim is to contribute to the scientific world by publishing original, qualified and innovative works on the subjects of clinical trials and medical case reports, The other aim of this journal is to enable scientists, researchers, students and those interested in Clinical and Medical Sciences to access scientific research.
