Department of Applied Food and Nutrition Journal publishes original, current research, clinical studies, novel methods, advancing concepts on Dietary Supplements, Food processing, Clinical Nutrition, Biochemistry, Food science, etc.

DAFNJ welcome authors to contribute current research and reports, clinical studies, review articles, short communication, editorial, letter to editor, survey reports submission of manuscripts related to Nutrtional benefits, vitamins, minerals, nutritional sources, physical exercises, metabolism, dietary food, sources of food, milk and milk products, Animal & Plant Nutrition etc.
