Instructions for Authors

ElectroSphere: Electrical Electronics Engineering Bulletin invites original research articles, systematic reviews, case studies, and technical papers that align with its scope. Authors are requested to follow the submission guidelines outlined below to ensure a smooth review and publication process.

Submission Guidelines:

Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format via the journal's email submission system.

A cover letter must accompany the submission. The cover letter should briefly describe the manuscript’s significance, confirm its originality, and state that it is not under consideration elsewhere.

All co-authors must approve the final version of the manuscript before submission.

Article Types:

Research Articles: These are comprehensive original studies that include clear research methodologies, detailed results, and discussions of the findings.

Review Articles: Critical reviews of existing literature that offer new insights, summarize recent advancements, or provide a comprehensive analysis of trends in the field.

Case Studies: Reports that present unique cases and findings, particularly those demonstrating innovative applications of electrical and electronics engineering in real-world contexts.

Technical Papers: Shorter papers focusing on specific, applied aspects of electrical and electronics technologies or presenting the development of new techniques, systems, or methodologies.

Manuscript Structure:

Title Page: The title should be concise and informative, clearly reflecting the manuscript’s content. Include author names, affiliations, and contact details for the corresponding author.

Abstract: A structured summary of 150-250 words outlining the research objectives, methods, key findings, and implications of the study.

Keywords: Provide 5-10 relevant keywords that represent the main themes of the manuscript and will assist with indexing.

Introduction: Include background information and context for the study, stating the research objectives and significance of the investigation.

Materials and Methods: Describe the methodology in detail, including study design, materials, data collection methods, statistical analysis techniques, and any tools or software used in the study.

Results: Present key findings in a clear and concise manner. Data should be supported by figures, tables, and other visual aids as appropriate.

Discussion: Provide an interpretation of the results, comparing them with previous studies and discussing potential implications, limitations, and applications.

Conclusion: Summarize the key findings of the study and offer recommendations for future research or practical applications of the results.

References: Citations should be formatted using the IEEE citation style.

Review Process: All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process, where both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous.

Authors will typically receive initial feedback within four weeks of submission, with revisions requested if necessary. Acceptance is contingent upon the manuscript meeting the journal's standards for scientific rigor and novelty.

Copyright and Open Access: Upon acceptance, authors will be required to transfer the copyright of the manuscript to ElectroSphere: Electrical Electronics Engineering Bulletin.

The journal follows an open-access publishing model, ensuring that all articles are freely accessible to the global scientific community. Publication Fees: A processing fee of $1019 applies to all accepted articles. Authors facing financial constraints may request a waiver or a partial fee reduction, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
