Holistic Approaches in Mental Health and Wellness welcomes original research articles, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, case studies, and theoretical discussions that align with the journal’s scope. Authors should ensure that their submissions adhere to the following guidelines to facilitate a smooth review and publication process.

Manuscript Submission:

Submissions should be prepared in Microsoft Word format and sent via email to the editorial office at [email protected]. The manuscript must be formatted according to APA style guidelines, including in-text citations and references. Authors should ensure that their work is original, unpublished, and not under consideration by any other journal.

A cover letter must accompany the submission, outlining the manuscript’s significance, its alignment with the journal’s scope, and confirmation that all authors have approved the final version. Any conflicts of interest should be disclosed in this letter.

Manuscript Types:

The journal accepts the following types of contributions:

• Research Articles: Empirical studies with a clear research question, methodology, and findings that contribute to the field of holistic mental health.
• Review Articles: Comprehensive analyses of existing literature that provide new insights, summarize developments, or discuss gaps in knowledge.
• Case Studies: In-depth reports on individual cases that highlight novel or effective holistic mental health approaches.
• Short Communications: Brief reports presenting preliminary but significant findings.
• Theoretical Papers: Discussions on emerging theories, frameworks, or philosophical perspectives in holistic mental health.

Manuscript Structure:

Authors should organize their manuscripts in the following order:

Title Page: Includes the title of the manuscript, author names, affiliations, and corresponding author contact details.

Abstract: A concise summary (150-250 words) outlining the study’s objectives, methodology, key findings, and implications.

Keywords: Five to ten relevant keywords should be provided.

Introduction: Provides background information, research significance, and study objectives.

Materials and Methods: Details the methodology, including study design, data collection, and analysis procedures.

Results: Presents findings with appropriate tables, graphs, or figures.

Peer Review Process: All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process. Authors can expect initial feedback within four weeks. Revisions may be requested, and final acceptance will be based on the quality of the manuscript and its alignment with the journal’s scope.

Copyright and Open Access Policy:

Upon acceptance, authors will be required to transfer copyright to the journal. All published articles will be made openly accessible, ensuring global reach and availability to researchers, practitioners, and the public.

Publication Fees:

A processing fee of $1019 applies to accepted manuscripts. Authors facing financial constraints may apply for a partial or full waiver, subject to editorial discretion.
