The Journal of Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, and Human-Centered Computing invites original research articles, review papers, and case studies that align with its scope. Authors must adhere to the following submission guidelines:

Submission Guidelines:

  • Manuscripts must be submitted electronically in Microsoft Word format via the journal’s online submission system.
  • A cover letter is required, providing the corresponding author's details and confirming that the manuscript is not under consideration elsewhere.
  • All co-authors must approve the final manuscript before submission.

Article Types:

  • Research Articles: Original studies presenting experimental, theoretical, or computational findings.
  • Review Articles: Comprehensive analyses of literature with critical evaluations and future perspectives.
  • Case Studies: Detailed reports on AI applications, VR implementations, and human-computer interaction case studies.
  • Short Communications: Concise reports on significant preliminary findings.

Manuscript Structure:

  1. Title Page: A concise title, full author names, affiliations, and contact details.
  2. Abstract: A structured summary (150-250 words) covering objectives, methods, key findings, and implications.
  3. Keywords: 5-10 relevant keywords for indexing.
  4. Introduction: Background, problem statement, objectives, and significance.
  5. Materials and Methods: Description of experimental design, methodologies, and data analysis techniques.
  6. Results: Presentation of key findings with supporting figures and tables.
  7. Discussion: Interpretation of results, comparison with existing literature, and practical implications.
  8. Conclusion: Summary of findings and future research directions.
  9. References: Cited sources formatted in APA or Harvard style.

Review Process:

All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process. Authors will receive initial feedback within four weeks, and revisions may be requested. Final acceptance is contingent upon satisfactory revisions.

Copyright and Open Access:

Upon acceptance, authors transfer the copyright to the journal. Articles are published under an open-access model to maximize reach and impact.

Publication Fees:

A processing fee of $1019 USD applies to accepted articles. Authors with financial constraints may request a waiver or partial fee reduction.
