The Journal of Environment and Pollution invites the submission of original research articles, review articles, case studies, short communications, and policy papers that align with the journal’s focus on environmental science, pollution, and sustainability. Manuscript Submission

Manuscripts must be submitted online via the journal’s submission portal in Microsoft Word format. Authors should ensure that the manuscript complies with the formatting guidelines outlined below prior to submission.

Cover Letter

A cover letter should accompany the manuscript submission. The letter must include a brief overview of the significance of the research, its relevance to the scope of the Journal of Environment and Pollution, and a statement confirming that the manuscript has not been submitted elsewhere. The letter should also confirm that all authors have approved the final version of the manuscript.

Article Types

The journal publishes the following types of manuscripts:

  • Abstract: A structured abstract (150-250 words) summarizing the research objectives, methods, findings, and conclusions.
  • Keywords: Provide 5-10 relevant keywords to describe the content of the article.
  • Introduction: Introduce the research topic, outline the objectives of the study, and explain the study’s significance within the context of environmental science and pollution.
  • Materials and Methods: Describe the methods, study design, data collection processes, and analytical techniques used in the research.
  • Results: Present the results of the research, including relevant tables, figures, and other supporting data.
  • Discussion: Interpret the results, compare with existing literature, and discuss the implications of the findings in the context of environmental pollution and sustainability.
  • Conclusion: Summarize the key findings and provide suggestions for future research or policy actions.
  • References: All citations should be formatted in APA style. Ensure that all references are correctly cited and formatted according to the journal’s guidelines.

Review and Publication Process

All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process. Authors will receive initial feedback within four weeks of submission. If revisions are required, authors will be given the opportunity to submit an amended manuscript. Manuscripts will be accepted for publication only if they meet the journal’s scientific standards and contribute substantially to the field.

Copyright and Open Access

Upon acceptance, authors transfer copyright to the Journal of Environment and Pollution. Articles are published under an open-access model, meaning they will be freely available to the global research community.

Publication Fees

A processing fee of $1020 is charged upon acceptance of the manuscript for publication. Authors who experience financial difficulty may apply for a fee waiver or reduction.

Ethical Considerations

Authors must adhere to ethical guidelines regarding research involving human or animal subjects. The manuscript should also include a statement of any conflicts of interest.
