Journal of Interdisciplinary History and Human Societies invites high-quality submissions that align with the journal’s scope. Authors should carefully adhere to the following guidelines to facilitate the review and publication process.

Submission Guidelines:

Manuscripts must be submitted electronically in Microsoft Word format through the journal’s online submission system. A cover letter must accompany each submission, providing the corresponding author’s contact details. Submissions should be original and not under review elsewhere.

The corresponding author must confirm that all co-authors approve the final manuscript. Articles must be formatted according to journal standards, and revisions may be requested for clarity and coherence.

Article Types:

  • Research Articles: Original studies presenting theoretical, qualitative, or quantitative findings.
  • Review Articles: Comprehensive analyses of literature with critical evaluations and future perspectives.
  • Methodological Papers: Discussions on new research methodologies and interdisciplinary approaches.
  • Case Studies: In-depth examinations of specific historical events, periods, or societal transformations.

Manuscript Structure:

  1. Title Page: A concise title, full author names, affiliations, and contact details.
  2. Abstract: A structured summary (150-250 words) covering objectives, methods, key findings, and implications.
  3. Keywords: 5-10 relevant keywords for indexing.
  4. Introduction: Background, research objectives, and significance.

Review Process:

Copyright and Open Access:

Upon acceptance, authors transfer copyright to the journal. Articles are published under an open-access model to maximize reach and impact.

Publication Fees:

A processing fee of $1019 USD applies to accepted articles. Authors with financial constraints may request a waiver or partial fee reduction.
