Computational biology involves the development and application of data-analytical and theoretical methods, mathematical modeling and computational simulation techniques to the study of biological, ecological, behavioral, and social systems. A biological system is a complex network of biologically relevant entities. Biological organization spans several scales and are determined based different structures depending on what the system is. Examples of biological systems at the macro scale are populations of organisms higher forms of organisms such as vertebrates (including humans), the biological systems include integumentary system, lymphatic system, muscular system, nervous system, reproductive system , respiratory system, skeletal system, endocrine system, immune system, and urinary system. In summary, the human body is made of 11 important organ systems, including the circulatory, respiratory, digestive, excretory, nervous and endocrine systems.
